Description

This felted bead bracelet is made of large and small felt balls in colors you choose. All beads are threaded on an extendable and durable silicone cord. They are made by hand in felting technique and consist of natural merino wool, which makes this chunky bracelet friendly to the skin and nice in touch. With its simple design it is perfect for casual use as well as for special occasions. This felted bead bracelet is made to order in one or two tones, that you can choose from drop-down lists (for one color bracelet you need to choose the same tone from both ones). This way you can buy jewelry that fits perfectly with outfit you already have. On the pictures you can see two bracelets: one all in gray (large and small balls have the same color) and one in rose and light green.

Take a quick look at your wardrobe, check our color chart and combine your own design. Then allow up to 5 working days for completing your order. We will make a bracelet based on your choices and ship it as soon as possible.

Washing Instructions

How to care about felted handicraft

Merino does not need to be washed as often as other types of wool. However, you may want to refresh it from time to time. Felted accessories and jewelry keep their colors and shape if hand washed gently in warm water. Here is a detailed instruction on how to care about them (we enclose it in every shipment as well):

  • Wash your felt handicraft manually at about 30 Celsjus degrees using washing agents for wool.
  • Dip them gently, but do not rub - otherwise they may shrink or deform.
  • After washing, rinse your felt item with water of the same temperature, preferably with a rinsing liquid for wool.
  • Do not wring or twist felt - remove the excess water with your hands using a towel.
  • Spread out washed accessories on a towel to let them dry.
  • If necessary iron your felt item using 'wool' mode or applying a low temperature.

Nuno felting

It is pretty similar to wet felting but makes the item more lightweight. You can nuno felt with silk, linen or other fabric with open weave – just remember to make a mess!

Wool yarns on a mossy birch
Wool yarn

Wool yarn – if shaggy enough – can be interweaved with merino fibers. Since it fits in perfectly with felt, it is one of our most favourite decorations.

Our favourite watering can for wet felting
Watering can

Wet felting needs a lot of water to make all the wool wet. With this watering can we can pour all around very quickly and efficiently.

Delicate wool fibers and our hands need to be protected with a soap made of natural olive oils. It makes our products longer lasting and skin-friendly.
