+Can I wash your products?
Most of our products can be washed. Please, visit a product page for detailed washing instructions. We enclose these tips with your items when shipping, so you can take a quick peek at them anytime.
+Is this wool itchy?
Of course, it depends on the sensitivity of your skin, but it is not at all itchy for us. We use only superfine Australian merino wool with fibers diameter of 18 mic. It is a real pleasure to touch it!
+Are your products safe for people allergic to synthetic fabrics?
Most of our products are made of natural materials, but to make sure your chosen one is safe for you, please read its description carefully. We always tell you, what are our products made of. You can check the quality and origin of these materials in our Atelier section, where they are described in detail. If you still do not know what to do, you can purchase something really small as a sample or you can order a piece of the material, which worries you the most.
+Can I buy your product in different colors?
It depends on what the product is made of. If it consists of coloured wool, we can easily replace one color with another. On the other hand, if it is made of hand dyed wool and unique silk fabric, it will be difficult to obtain the same shades in different color palette. Please, let us know which product you are interested in, and we will tell you in details what we can do.
+Can you design something just for me?
We accept custom orders, since we really love to explore the tastes of our customers. Just let us know your ideas and we will do our best to turn them into reality.
+Will you give me an invoice?
An invoice is enclosed with every shipment. You will find it inside or in a plastic envelope sticked to the package. Thanks to the honest invoicing we are able to deliver goods faster and in accordance with the law. If your billing address differs from the delivery address, please type it when placing and order.
+What are your delivery options?
We ship most of our products with first class mail. We chose it because of its reasonable price and a relatively short delivery time. On a special request we can ship your order with a courier service. It gives you a guaranteed delivery time but is a few times more expensive (recommended for wholesale orders).
+How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are dispatched on the day of purchase or the following day. The above applies only to products that are in stock. If you are buying a product that is made to order, you need to add a few days to let us make it for you. For example, if the production time specified in the product description is 4 days, it will take us about 5-6 working days to make it, let it dry, pack it and dispatch.
+What is the estimated time of delivery?
It is about 2 working days for domestic and 7-10 working days for international shipments. Delivery may take longer depending on the time of the year and customs checks – please read our shop policies for further details.
+Can I track my shipment?
After processing and dispatching your order we will send you a shipping confirmation with an international tracking number. If you live in a country, where the shipment tracking is supported, you will be able to track your order with this number. Please, assume that carriers in some countries do not offer tracking as a standard option.

+What if I did not manage to choose a bonus before you shipped my order?
Do not worry – you can be sure we chose something for you! Hopefully you will enjoy it too. But if you loved one of our bonuses in the meantime, you can always reserve it and take with another order.
+Can I use a loyalty coupon which I received in your other store?
Of course, you can use a coupon code you got e.g. on Etsy. Just type it at checkout – it should work fine.
