Beige Scarfie for Women with Jade Shades and Aubergine Brooch

‹Return to Previous Page

Beige scarfie for women

This beige scarfie is a nice choice for women, who love light colors and feeling of comfort. It will be also a perfect gift, e.g. for Valentine’s Day, putting a smile on every woman’s face. This wool and silk neck warmer can be worn from autumn to spring. It fits many styles and many types of clothing. As it is kind of collar, I recommend wearing it close to the neck. To make it easier, I accessorize it with a beautiful aubergine brooch. It has a flower shape, so it makes the scarf even more romantic and lovely.

I make this natural set by hand in nuno felting technique. I use only soft merino wool, silk fabric, decorative silk fibers and a few glass beads in the center of the flower. This gives the scarf a bit of other colors, like red onion and jade. The most important thing, however, is that it makes this felt collar natural and eco friendly. With such a combination of materials, this beige scarfie will make you warm and cozy. At the same time, its weavy design will highlight your face and shoulders and make you look beautiful. If you like beige and need a personal touch, don’t hesitate and make this scarf yours.

Scarf length: 68 cm (26.8 in)
Scarf width: 20 cm (7.9 in)
Brooch diameter: 15 cm (5.9 in)
Weight: 50 g (0.11 lb)

Washing Instructions

How to care about felted handicraft

Merino does not need to be washed as often as other types of wool. However, you may want to refresh it from time to time. Felted accessories and jewelry keep their colors and shape if hand washed gently in warm water. Here is a detailed instruction on how to care about them (we enclose it in every shipment as well):

  • Wash your felt handicraft manually at about 30 Celsjus degrees using washing agents for wool.
  • Dip them gently, but do not rub - otherwise they may shrink or deform.
  • After washing, rinse your felt item with water of the same temperature, preferably with a rinsing liquid for wool.
  • Do not wring or twist felt - remove the excess water with your hands using a towel.
  • Spread out washed accessories on a towel to let them dry.
  • If necessary iron your felt item using 'wool' mode or applying a low temperature.
