Green Nuno Felted Scarf Perfect for Spring & Summer

This green nuno felted scarf is one of my best sellers, designed especially for spring and summer. It has a floral pattern with dark leaves and red flowers and its both ends have an impressive fringe. As you can see, the fringe is made of felted dreadlocks: two of them are finished with leaves and four are finished with romantic flowers. Both – flowers and leaves – are able to swing and dance with your every move. That is why this scarf is so vernal and carefree!

I make this nuno felted scarf by hand, using ethereal silk muslin, superfine merino wool and silk fibers. Thanks to these natural materials and my restraint in combining them, it is breathable and very lightweight. It is just perfect for spring and summer days with cool or windy weather. Having it on your neck, you will be able to enjoy the sunshine. Colors of this romantic women scarf are natural as well. Spring green is mixed with green, completed with banana yellow and contrasted with dark red. That makes this scarf resemble a beautiful flowering plant. If you like naturalness and freshness, you will love it for sure!

How to care about this scarf

Due to its antistatic properties wool does not absorb dirt and dust easily. Therefore it does not have to be cleaned as often as other materials. However, if your scarf gets dirty, you can dry clean or hand wash it. I will include detailed washing instructions with your order.

Wool yarn

Wool yarn – if shaggy enough – can be interwoven with merino fibers. Since it fits in perfectly with felt, it is one of my most favourite decorations.

Mulberry silk tops

They are all natural silk fibers obtained from the cocoons of silkworms feeding on mulberry leaves. They look like fiber lightnings that reflect sunbeams.

Linen fibers

They are natural fibers collected from flax plants. Although they are thicker than silk fibers, they also look pretty cool on felted background.
