We accept PayPal payments with a variety of methods offered by PayPal, like: PayPal Balance, PayPal Credit, bank account, credit card, PayPal Cards, and debit card. You can choose one of this methods at checkout. PayPal account is not required to complete your payment.
Shipping and delivery time
If you purchase a product that is already in our stock, your order will be shipped in 1-3 days after completed payment. If your item is made to order, you need to add a few days to let us make it for you (the waiting time is always given in the product description). In both cases, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number.
All shipping is carried through first class mail. International shipping usually arrives within 7-10 working days, but sometimes it can take longer. If you do not receive your order within 30 days or notice something unusual in the tracking system, please let us know and we will try to help you on our end.
Customs and invoice
To speed up customs control (and to meet legal requirements) we enclose an invoice to every shipment. Our country does not charge duties on the outgoing goods, but you need to be prepared for the duties on your side – you can contact your customs office to verify which items are subject to charges, and which are not.
We pack everything very firmly to avoid any damage during transportation (usually there are two or three protective layers). At the same time, we take care of all these little things that make you smile, when you see your shipment arrived. If you need a custom packaging with special decorations or notes, please let us know and we will do our best to make you satisfied.
Returns and refunds
Please, read all the product description and take a good look at the pictures before you make a purchase. If you need additional information, you can contact us at any time.
We accept returns, if sent back up to 14 days after you receive your order. Product may not be used or damaged. You will be refunded the full value of the items returned and the original delivery charge. We do not cover your return shipping fees.
